3D Object Originator

2021 to present

We deliver a complete package for creative shop operators, with which 3D objects can be created and also configured by the shop visitor. Our 3D Object Originator consists of:

  • 3D Object Generator — The 3D Object Generator is a cross-platform application for the actual creation of 3D objects as .stl and/or .obj files.
  • 3D Object Configurator — The 3D Object Configurator is a plugin for standard shop systems, which shop visitors can use to personalize their 3D objects and to view them directly before ordering.
  • 3D Object Print — If required, we provide a 3D printing service for the 3D objects that have been created with the 3D object generator. Optionally, we can also take over the dispatch of the finished printed 3D objects directly to your shop visitor.

In addition to the 3D objects that are already possible, the 3D Object Originator can be expanded if desired, so that new 3D objects can also be created specifically for your application. Contact us for more information about the possibilities of the 3D Object Originator for your application!

Siemens AG - DTA X-Tools

2003 to present

We develop an IEEE1394-based measurement- and diagnoses system with the Siemens AG in Germany: DTA X-Tools provides decentralized I/O-nodes which are interconnected and connected to the PC via IEEE1394, Ethernet or other interfaces. With sample intervals of up to 192 kHz per channel, data is sent from the I/O-nodes to the PC. Thereby the PIONSYS 1394 Device-API is used for the entire communication with up to 62 I/O-nodes at the same time.

In addition to our IEEE1394-specific know-how, we coordinate the software development and perform the technical project management of the DTA X-Tools project, including the coordination of the interfaces between hard- and software modules of the whole system.

Siemens AG - DTA Onsite

2025 to present

We develop a locally running solution for monitoring machine conditions together with Siemens AG in Germany: DTA Onsite processes sensor data to provide clear insight into operating status. Further analysis can be carried out directly within the integrated analysis software.

Software Center

2022 to present

We develop a Software Center for the centralized management of software packages on Windows platforms: server-based software management systems install and update software packages automatically. The server-client based solution is designed to be both software agnostic and customizable to specialized requirements. In addition, it also is being used to generate and manage software licenses.

Personal Assistants

2024 to present

We develop AI-powered personal assistants that are operated directly via chat messages and voice input. The typed or spoken message can be in natural language; it is processed automatically by the personal assistant and, on request, entirely locally. This means personal and company-internal data such as appointments, tasks or notes always stays within your own infrastructure. Examples of possible applications include:

  • Calendar: create, check, reschedule or delete appointments at any time
  • Tasks: create and manage tasks with due dates and priorities
  • Logbook: trips can be recorded by voice and retrieved again
  • Notes: entries can be created and retrieved on the go at any time
  • To-dos: to reliably capture things that come to mind while on the go
  • Email drafts: preparing emails you don't want to forget to send
  • Knowledge base: submitted links are automatically analysed, processed and stored in a searchable form

Professional Vibe-Coding

2025 to present

We support you with professional vibe-coding, from the rapid creation of proofs of concept to the implementation of complete business processes. We apply our many years of expertise to ensure that the AI tools we use are deployed to their full potential and that you receive the best possible and future-proof solutions.

If you have recurring tasks and/or processes that require a lot of time and effort, get in touch with us. In most cases, these processes can be automated very quickly using already available technologies, so that you and your employees can focus again on more exciting and important matters!

As with all our implementations, we place great importance here too on solutions that are as local as possible and on strong data security, so that you always retain control over your data and your processes.
